GAME CHANGING LEARNING

FINANCIAL LITERACY FOR LIFE

The Pellerito Foundation provided advice and resources to establish a unique entrepreneurship program for St. John Bosco High School.

The St. John Bosco Entrepreneurship Studies Program, developed by professors from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, is an intense, four-year program. It is the only entrepreneurship studies program recognized by the University of California system.

The Entrepreneurship Studies Program provides students curriculum that includes: financial literacy, investment strategies, public speaking/presentation skills and creating and operating a business. Students also learn important hard and soft skills to compete in a dynamic, global economy.

Another important aspect: students have direct access to business executives, owners and entrepreneurs from a wide variety of industries.

Given its popularity and success, the Entrepreneurship Studies Program now attracts students from the entire Southern California region.
